Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer of one of the local players within FMCG in Malta, the primary functions of the Employee will be to take on the challenge of driving social media strategies for renowned international brands in order to shape the Company’s online presence and engage with local audience through social media channels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Devise and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each brand's unique identity and target audience.
- Content Creativity: Together with the Graphic Designer and Marketing Team responsible for the different divisions – Food/Household/Personal Care/Pet - create creative campaigns for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and our Must-Haves e-commerce website.
- Engagement and Community Building: Foster meaningful interactions with our online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and effectively.
- Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and achieve marketing objectives.
- Google Ads Proficiency: Utilize your expertise in Google Ads to complement social media efforts and enhance overall digital marketing performance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key social media metrics, providing regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Social Influencers: Be in constant contact with influencers and assessing campaigns.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media to maintain a competitive edge.
