Our client is looking for a Digital Optimisation Manager who will play a key role in the Digital department to maximise customer journeys that are in line with the priorities and targets. Reporting to the Head of Digital Operations, the candidate will be the point of reference for decision making. The Digital Optimisation Manager will work with a team but will also work independently to reach their own objectives.

Description:
  • Built an optimisation strategy which drives incremental spend (through additional purchases and more time on site) for our client brands.
  • Deep-dive into performance to make course corrections to your strategy, always allowing the numbers to drive business decisions.
  • Plan your activities thoroughly, forecast how these efforts will impact business outcomes and most importantly implement your wins.
  • Partner with digital managers to plan and execute the optimisation strategy, always driving operational excellence for our clients.
  • Partner with the BI team to collate and present test results in a simple engaging way with actionable recommendations which can be applied to improve our digital products and greater business.
  • Ensure the integrity of the optimisation program at all times, including the accuracy of data, financial commitments to clients etc.
  • Contribute into executive-level reports that convey complex findings in a simple and concise manner.
  • Optimise our land based assets to maximise revenue while minimizing costs.
Requirements: 
  • 7+ years of Digital Operations / Optimisation / Product experience.
  • People management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the core business metrics and KPIs.
  • A strong data centric approach to optimization and driving business metrics.
  • Ability to work closely with data, independently, interpret and present that data in engaging and meaningful ways.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple marketing projects simultaneously within a complex organization.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
