- Record maintenance, filing
- Scheduling of appointments
- Maintenance of business office inventory and equipment
- Office administration
- Website maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High level of spoken and written English and Maltese
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements
- A minimum 1-year experience in a similar post will be considered an asset
- A minimum A-level standard of education will be considered an asset
- Experience in marketing will be considered an asset
