Our client is a leading Logistics, Marketing and Distribution firm for pharmaceutical and health care products in Malta and are seeking to recruit a Front Office Executive to manage the front office of one of their Health and Beauty Clinics.

The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, and for our professional staff. The role will entail duties relating to customer care, office administration, sales, and a few marketing duties. 

Duties include:
  • Front office duties
  • Record maintenance, filing
  • Scheduling of appointments
  • Maintenance of business office inventory and equipment
  • Office administration
  • Website maintenance
Skill Sets and Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High level of spoken and written English and Maltese
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements
  • A minimum 1-year experience in a similar post will be considered an asset
  • A minimum A-level standard of education will be considered an asset
  • Experience in marketing will be considered an asset
