Duties include:
- Oversee that the applicable procedures are implemented and all tasks in the department are performed in accordance to those procedures
- Create and implement the necessary procedures and manuals to ensure a standardised workflow process within the department
- Set strategy and targets for the corporate client servicing team for client portfolio growth
- Lead, train and manage the Client Relations Department team
- Prepare reports on the department and client performance
- Work in collaboration with various departments to identify needed improvements, recommended solutions and escalate items to the CCO, POG or ExCo as appropriate
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in corporate client bank account opening or in a similar role are required
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a management position leading a team
- Higher education in Finances, Economics, Banking or similar would be considered an asset
- Fluent knowledge of English language (oral/written). Knowledge of Russian or any other language will be considered as an asset
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and together with a team
