Our client, a well-established company within the payments industry is seeking to recruit a Head of Client Relations. The selected candidate will report to the Chief Client Relations Officer. 

Duties include: 
  • Oversee that the applicable procedures are implemented and all tasks in the department are performed in accordance to those procedures
  • Create and implement the necessary procedures and manuals to ensure a standardised workflow process within the department
  • Set strategy and targets for the corporate client servicing team for client portfolio growth
  • Lead, train and manage the Client Relations Department team
  • Prepare reports on the department and client performance
  • Work in collaboration with various departments to identify needed improvements, recommended solutions and escalate items to the CCO, POG or ExCo as appropriate
Requirements: 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in corporate client bank account opening or in a similar role are required
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a management position leading a team
  • Higher education in Finances, Economics, Banking or similar would be considered an asset
  • Fluent knowledge of English language (oral/written). Knowledge of Russian or any other language will be considered as an asset
  •  Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and good time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and together with a team
  • The candidate must be eligible to work in EU
