Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy
- Managing the talent acquisition process
- Analysing trends in compensation and benefits;
- Assisting with the performance management and review process
- Creating learning and development programmes and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations,
- Recommending best practices; reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR management
- In possession of an HR or business related degree
- Fluency in both English and Maltese
- Good track record in managing people and liaising with all levels and departments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
