The Head of HR will be responsible for the planning, leading and development of the overall HR strategy, in line with the Group’s values and objectives. In addition, the chosen applicant will be forming part of the Executive team. y

Responsibilities include: 
  • Partnering with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy
  • Managing the talent acquisition process
  • Analysing trends in compensation and benefits; 
  • Assisting with the performance management and review process
  • Creating learning and development programmes and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations,
  • Recommending best practices; reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR management
  • In possession of an HR or business related degree
  • Fluency in both English and Maltese
  • Good track record in managing people and liaising with all levels and departments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
