Our client is looking for a person who would join their Health Department as a Health Claims Handler.

Job description:

•    Assist with the completion of claim forms;
•    Be responsible for the process of the claim from beginning to end; 
•    Assess claims settlement within designated authority limit;
•    Assess hospital pre-admission forms and eligibility of treatment for direct settlement;
•    Attend to claim investigations;
•    Attend to policyholders, claimants and intermediaries’ enquiries;
•    Process hospital invoices for payment and issue payment request;
•    Communicate claims decisions clearly;
•    Oversee claims daily operations;
•    Provide quality service to all intermediaries and clients.

Skills and experiance:
•    have in Health Claims, ideally not less than a minimum of 2 years experience
