Responsibilities:
- Designing, leading, and managing HR strategic objectives and solutions that effectively communicate and support our organization's mission and strategic vision;
- Leading, managing, and directing the HR team, ensuring the delivery of specialized solutions and developing the team's performance and competencies;
- Optimising the use of people analytics software to take informed decisions in the best interests of the business needs of the organisation;
- Promoting an inclusive and diverse organizational culture;
- Managing recruitment and retention strategies;
- Reviewing and aligning organizational design and supporting reorganization efforts in various departments;
- Coaching, supporting, mentoring, and challenging management levels in the application of HR policies and practices, minimizing risk, identifying influencing factors, and reducing negative outcomes;
- Designing and executing compensation strategies;
- Generating ideas and supporting the enhancement of our employer brand;
- Providing HR-related advice to the Board of Directors and the management team;
- Providing support to the management team on labor relations issues and facilitating communication with employee unions;
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and handling legal requirements related to labor relations
- Previous years of experience in HR leadership roles;
- Experience hiring, coaching, and managing direct reports;
- Data-driven and know your way around numbers and data analysis;
- Proven track record in shaping strategy and excellent negotiation skills;
- Flexible working approach;
- Ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds;
- Excellent teamwork and people skills.
