Principal Responsibilities
- Processing payroll using Indigo software.
- Submission of FSS documents according to the stipulated deadlines.
- Processing salary payments.
- Prepare periodic management reports and keep records updated.
- Work out sales commission workings.
- Assist with the work permit process by compiling the required documents and submit accordingly.
- Assist with employee onboarding, conduct company-specific inductions, and ensure documentation is collected.
- Assist with NSO reports when required.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll queries and confirm any discrepancies.
- Assist in the implementation of the group’s performance management system.
- Draft documents as required.
- Maintaining an orderly financial filing system.
- Carrying out the ad-hoc office duties as may be requested by the management.
- Proficient in MS Office including MS Excel and Word
- Have at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Be conversant and updated on Maltese employment laws and practices
- Have good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Shireburn Indigo Payroll will be considered an asset
