Forming part of an international company based in Malta, the HR Generalist will be reporting directly to the HR Manager and managing a variety of HR prgorams, including recruitment, on-boarding, benefits initiatives, employee well-being and other activities across the employee life-cycle;
Further responsibilities include:
- Managing the HRIT systems and data management in general;
- Assists employees and management with the interpretation and correct application of company policies, procedures and programs while exercising the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity;
- Compiling, preparing and analyzing ad hoc and recurring Human Resources reports and KPIs.
- Assist with payroll queries from employees, although it's important to clarify that the payroll working is outsourced
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar function or a combination of qualifications and experience;
- Familiar with Indigo software and proficient with MS Office Applications;
- Conversant with employment legislation, related regulations and processes including work permits
- Fluent in English
- In possession of an EU citizenship and already living and working in Malta
