Insurance Account Manager

As an Insurance Account Manager in Malta, chosen candidate will be responsible for the overall servicing of multinational and global clients’ policies, ensuring the business is retained and developed, whilst coordinating with broking teams in Malta as well as in the UK.

Chosen candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, with regular interaction and ultimately attending client meetings in support of other associates.

You will understand your client’s strategy and identify new opportunities to help grow the business, assist in managing deal flow, maintain the database and uphold market relationships.

This role is ideally suited to an individual who has commercial and / or specialty insurance class knowledge, proven communication skills, business relationship building ability and a good eye for detail.

You must be able to work in support of other team members, have strong service ethics, with the ability to manage time and prioritise without compromising quality. The ability to broke and service the requirements of clients is a prerequisite, whilst being able to identify opportunities for business development.
