A local insurance provider is seeking to recruit a Claims Handler to join their existing team. This role requires applicants to have previous experience within claims handler, although further on-site training will be provided to help the chosen applicant progress further.

Further responsibilities include:
  • Pro-actively manage the whole process of motor claims,
  • Keep client records in the motor claims application system and claim file continuously updated,
  • Keep track of survey books with surveyor,
  • Make sure that all notified claims are registered in the claims application system correctly and promptly.
Applicants need to ideally have a tertiary level of education and have previous experience working within the insurance sector. Ongoing training is provided together with a tangible career progression path. Fluency in both Maltese and English is needed.
