Further responsibilities include:
- Contributing to optimisation of the productivity of the platform of claims management of the companies
- Ensuring claim management is compliant with regulations, internal process and policies.
- Evaluating and reporting claim experience across the insurance portfolio
- Supporting the change of existing programmes or the launch and implementation of new ones.
- Developing tools, process and organisation of claim handling activity to implement new programmes.
- Keeping up to date on technical aspects of the role
The person will be need to take care of claims but also support the implementation of new products into operation.
Fluency in English is a must together with one of the following languages - French, Spanish, German or Portuguese.
