Description:
- Be of assistance in the engineering of received projects
- IT admin for clients' respective infrastructure
- Maintenance & troubleshooting of client systems (workstations, servers, networking equipment etc)
- Assisting on adhoc tasks as neede by the clients
Requirements:
- CCNA, MS MCP, MCSE or MCSA certification
- Linux qualification would be a plus
- Certification in MS Azure cloud technologies would be an asset
- Diploma in IT mainly focused on hardware
- Experience in using a ticket messaging system for support management
- Possess a valid driving license
- Can communicate clearly in English
- Have a proactive approach and an innovative & creative nature
- Can work on own initiative and prioritize time accordingly
- Meticulous and an avid eye for detail
- Motivated with challenges and ready to work in a fast paced environment
- Open to learn new technologies & approaches
- Willing to work weekend and public holidays on shift basis when needed
- Ready to provide constructive criticism and participate in voicing distinctive points
- A logical thinker with a structured approach to problems
