Our client, a reputable Asset Management company, is seeking to hire a qualified Legal and Compliance Administrator to join their team.
Duties include:
Reporting to the company’s Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, the successful candidate would:
• contribute to the firm’s compliance functions,
• including regulatory reporting assist in ensuring consistent application of company procedures
• generate required correspondence, documents and presentations
• carry out research on a variety of subjects
• maintain office systems,
• including data management and filing
• provide general support to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer
Requirements:
• a smart, confident and reliable personality,
• capable of independent work with little supervision, yet able to operate as part of a team
• commendable organisational skills
• a proactive attitude, with an eye for detail
• strong spoken and written English
• good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
Remuneration shall be commensurate to the candidate’s background.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
