VC is a well-established recruitment firm with over 20 years of recruiting operations, currently looking to hire an experienced Marketing Executive to join an established team. 

Duties & responsibilities:
- manage social media campaigns, maintain all relevant accounts and ensure VC audience is kept engaged with content in line with VC brand and identity;
- collaborate with third-party professionals to provide functional support;
- write creative copy for use in VC promotional and branding initiatives; upload new content to the website, create new pages and ensure optimal UX and CRO;
- create email marketing templates, manage the respective campaigns and subscriber lists;
- identify digital marketing trends and insights; measure and analyse key metrics, provide monthly reports to establish the efficacy of initiatives taken, and utilise data for planning future changes; 
- assist the VC recruiters with the provision of branded marketing collateral;
- be one step ahead to plan for PR opportunities and liaise with publishers for submission of articles both offline and online;
- develop a deep understanding of the clients, VC offerings, competitors and industries - to execute the marketing strategy and drive business growth

Qualification and skills:
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role;
- qualification in Marketing or other industry-related certifications; 
- fluent in spoken and written English; 
- pragmatic knowledge of social media; paid social media campaigns and related analytics; 
- interest in UX Design and usability principles; 
- advanced understanding of Google Analytics. Data-savvy, able to analyse, generate reports, and offer recommendations to management
- understanding of SEO best practices. Knowledge of SEO tools would be considered an asset; 
- knowledge of Google Ads, and email marketing software is considered an asset; 
- basic knowledge of Photoshop (to update exiting templates);
- attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
- ability to work independently and take accountability for projects; 
- self-driven with a hands-on approach and can-do mentality.
