A local notarial firm is seeking an Office Manager, who will provide general administrative support in addition to providing a full range of office organizational support.

Responsibilities:
•    Greeting clients at reception
•    Answering phone calls
•    Filing
•    Inputting data in office software
•    Online registration of agreements with the tax department
•    Invoicing
•    Photocopying & scanning of documents

Requirements
•    Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
•    Excellent organizational skills.
•    Able to work independently with little supervision
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    A minimum of two years’ working experience in an office environment.
