We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join one of our clients, operating as an international consultancy firm in Malta. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the office environment,
ensuring efficient day-to-day activities, and maintaining a productive and organized workspace.

- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Oversee office maintenance, design and renovations, cleanliness, and organization to create a comfortable and efficient workspace.
- Assist in onboarding new team members by setting up workstations and providing necessary resources.
- Coordinate and plan company events and meeting (face-to-face and online).
- Collaborate with various service providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including contact lists and office expenses.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees and clients when required.

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
