Seeking an Onboarding Operations Officer to join an online financial institution which is licensed by MFSA and experiencing annual growth. The employee shall be reporting to the Operations Manager and responsibilities would include:
- Onboarding of Customers within SLAs; ·
- Liaising with customers and CSPS via email and telephone;
- Managing online chat;
- Processing of customer transactions and customer maintenance requirements;
- Participating in system and process improvement projects;
- Conducting ongoing customer reviews.
The Onboarding Officer requires strong time management and problem solving skills and needs to have an inquisitive nature. A strong educational background with a diploma and/or finance qualification would be an asset but not necessarily a requirement
