We are looking for a Payments and Reconciliation Specialist (Coordinator) who will report directly to the Director of SEO
The main responsibilities:• Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure they can provide the right responses to clients;
• Ensure funds availability on corporate accounts for processing the expected transaction volume;
• Monitoring of reports, verification, and reporting of payments data, suspension of accounts;
• Assist in identifying areas for development of the service in line with the strategy;
• Handle incoming and outgoing files;
• Assist with the implementation of new payment and monitoring processes;
• Develop new payment-systems and banking relationships;
Skills and experience:
• At least 1 year of experience of payments-related tasks;
• Good understanding of payment processes and reconciliation;
• Must be proficient in MS excel, pivots, v-lookups, and advanced formulas;
• Attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines is critical
• Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment;
