Responsibilities:
- Daily reconciling between internal and external platforms
- Weekly Payment Provider reconciliations
- Checking and clearing of suspense accounts
- Taking ownership of new PSPs;
- Analyze the current processes and suggest improvements
- Optimize the general reconciliation processes by building metrics and reports on findings
- Determine transaction issues and investigate differences
Requirements:
- Fully ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role with an iGaming operator or with a Payment Service Provider operating within the gaming industry
- Able to support with the review, evaluation, and development of business cases for new projects in line with the corporate strategy
- Monitor PSP costs, invoices, and document
- Understanding of reviewing processes and system functionalities
