Responsibilities will Include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Payment Service Providers.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new Payment Service Providers.
- Collate and collect required information and documents that are necessary for onboarding.
- Ensure effective communication between different departments.
- Ensure that the internal database is always up to date with all required information.
Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years’ work experience in online payments.
- English proficiency level of a native speaker, both written and spoken.
- Have good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Be highly organised.
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure.
- In possession of an EU citizenship and already living and working in Malta
