A Payroll & Finance vacancy is currently available through one of our clients firms, to help process the firm’s clients’ payroll procedures and payments. Chosen candidate will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain accurate and up to date clients’ finances.
Responsibilities
- Processing of the Firm’s clients’ monthly payroll and payments
- Assisting with the employer’s registration and enrolment of employees
- Processing employer’s FSS returns
- Assisting in the registration of non-EU nationals and applying for work permit
- Handle payroll queries and provide information to employees to ensure data integrity and prompt response within the stipulated timeline
- Assist in the drafting of policies and procedures and liaising with the Firm’s clients’ HR representatives
- Handling of the Firm’s clients’ employees reimbursements
- Assist the finance team in day-to-day administration work
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of an A-level standard of education
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Hold strong computer literacy skills; particularly when using Microsoft Office Excel
- Knowledge of Indigo would be considered as an asset
- Be fluent in English and attain strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
