Job Description

  • Product plans: prioritising and maintaining product backlog/plan
  • Product pricing: analyzing, optimizing and recommending pricing improvements
  • Ownership product roadmap: Craft definitions and requirements of all categories. List product improvements and categorising of product features by ease or urgency of implementation. Working with the Marketing Manager and supporting team (creative, social, email etc.) to align the campaign calendar with the product calendar. Prioritising product features and capabilities (Technical, 3rd Provider, our own UI/UX)
  • Campaign ROI: Indicating how a marketing and product efforts are driving profit, working with the Marketing Manager
  • UI & UX ownership: Draft requirements, build recommendations and maintain customer journeys (online and offline)
  • Product KPIs: Maintain and report product key metrics and performance
  • Market, competitor & customer research: Working with the Marketing Manager to define research requirements and then project manage where necessary. Monitor market and competition to build price and general comparison models through market research
  • Analysing of data for commercial benefits: Analysis of data and using such for the creation of new revenue streams
  • Product Communication: Ensuring all customer touchpoints are reflect the true information about the products
  • Brand strategy & research: Contribution to the Group and business unit brand strategy, and contribution to primary and secondary brand research we carry out
  • Admin: meeting notes, Asana tasks

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years plus proven work experience in product management
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to management
  • Experience in preparing business plans and pricing strategies
  • Able to conduct A/B testing and understand the story behind the data and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Ability to analyse customer insights, map customer experience, build customer personas and journeys
  • Proven ability to develop new ideas for commercialisation of data.
  • A keen eye for detail especially in UI/UX
  • Excellent business and commercial acumen
  • Strong problem-solving skills and determination in one’s work ethic
  • Skilled at working effectively with and/or organising cross functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Experience working in mobility or automotive industries is considered as an asset
