VC(VacancyCentre) is a recruitment agency powered by CSB Group. We are an established recruitment firm with over 20 years of experience and specialize in recruiting for talent across various organizations within the disciplines of Compliance, Finance, Technology and Operations.

As a result of growth, we are currently seeking to recruit for a Recruitment Supporting Officer to join our recruitment team and assist in recruitment administrative tasks as well as assist the Recruitment Consultants in sourcing for candidates. This is an excellent opportunity to form part of a dedicated team of professionals.

Duties include but are not limited:
  • Handling daily registrations on our database and highlighting the relevant candidates to recruiters
  • Handling general emails and general queries
  • Replying to candidates that register through our website or via email
  • Inputting candidate’s CVs unto the database
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Uploading vacancies for recruiters on the database
  • Uploading new companies and new contacts on the database
  • On a weekly basis searching for job adverts and updating the relevant recruiter with the list of vacancies
  • Searching and sourcing for candidates for various roles: assisting Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants in recruiting for roles on various desks and assigning candidates to recruiters
  • Liaising with the recruiters as well as the marketing team regarding roles to promote on weekly basis on social media
  • Maintain ongoing communication with recruiters to coordinate tasks and ensure candidates, companies, and other activities are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Ad hoc duties as may be required
Requirements:
  • Must be a self motivated, mature and organised individual
  • Candidate must hold strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiar with full-cycle recruitment process
  • Previous administrative experience would be considered an asset.
  • A strong team player
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in all MS office tools
