Description:
- Acting as the main reference point to all activities linked to regulatory change projects
- Managing and overseeing to ensure policies and associated documents are updated in a timely manner in line with regulatory changes
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring activities with the relevant stakeholders and identifying risks, constraints to manage successful implementation against regulatory deadlines
- Maintaining and managing project risks, dependencies to implement changes effectively and efficiently
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure implementation of SMART monitoring objectives and KPIs, where needed
- Guiding and managing the different stakeholders to ensure effective monitoring is in place and indicators are being monitored periodically e.g., outsourcing
- Assisting with tracking submission schedules
- Performing quality reviews post implementation
- Organizing service level meetings to provide assurance on the efficiency of deliverables
- Collating data and produce status reports to communicate regular project progress
Requirements:
- Experience in project/programme management and implementation
- Knowledge of regulatory change project and implementation will be considered an asset
- Positive track record of successful project implementation
- Excellent English communication skills, in particular the ability to write and engage with various stakeholders across the group at all levels
- Ability to process and interpret complex information and regulations
