Looking to speak with an experienced Sales Manager to be responsible for supervising, organising and growing a sales team within the client business industry. The firm adopts a service oriented approach towards customers and has been growing year-on-year bolstering admirable accomplishments.

- work closely on the field with all members of the sales and medical team, developing market and product knowledge.
- monitor brand progress closely both from a sales and expiry perspective
- liaise with suppliers on marketing plans which will in turn effect sales
- plan for new product launches and new product development
- constantly motivate the sales team and align towards pre-planned targets
- train and develop members of the sales team
- past sales experience (ideally in a similar role)
- sound business acumen
- customer and sales oriented
- good communication and organisational skills
- able to work on own initiative
- fluent in both Maltese and English
