Looking to speak with an experienced Sales Manager to be responsible for supervising, organising and growing a sales team within the client business industry. The firm adopts a service oriented approach towards customers and has been growing year-on-year bolstering admirable accomplishments. 

The opportunity calls for a positive and business-minded individual with an entrepreneurial spirit full of motivation to bring energy as a full time sales professional. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a very dynamic, fast paced team environment. 

Job Description:

  • work closely on the field with all members of the sales and medical team, developing market and product knowledge.
  • monitor brand progress closely both from a sales and expiry perspective
  • liaise with suppliers on marketing plans which will in turn effect sales
  • plan for new product launches and new product development
  • constantly motivate the sales team and align towards pre-planned targets
  • train and develop members of the sales team

Requirements:

  • past sales experience (ideally in a similar role)
  • sound business acumen
  • customer and sales oriented
  • good communication and organisational skills
  • able to work on own initiative
  • fluent in both Maltese and English
