Job role:
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, your responsibilities will include the implementation of incentive schemes, and maintaining and developing strong customer relations through regular field visits whilst keeping abreast of developments within the FMCG market. This position calls for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys working in different environments throughout the workday. You will also be continuously monitoring for potential training requirements in addition to supervising, motivating, and monitoring the Sales team.

Qualifications and Experience:
-Possess a tertiary-level education in a related field.
-Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position within the same industry.
-Be fluent in English.
