A leading multi-disciplinary law firm with a predominant international clientele providing tailored legal services across all practice areas is seeking to recruit a Secretary to assist partners and lawyers in the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing conferences attendance and organisation
- Managing travel arrangements and accommodation for the partners
- Maintenance of office systems including paper and electronic filing
- Call handling and managing clients’ administrative needs
- Assistance with billing and internal reporting systems
- Email and calendar management
- Preparing meetings and greetings clients
Requirements:
- An A’ level Standard of education
- Be organised and meticulous in their work
- Able to converse fluently in both English and Maltese
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
While relevant work experience is considered a strong asset, it is not essential for the role. Candidates will be provided on the job training having excellent career growth prospects and an opportunity for continual professional development
