Duties include:
- setting up of companies, preparation and submission of statutory filings
- opening and closing of bank accounts
- coordinating and handling client requests
- attending corporate client meetings
- collection and verification of due diligence conduced as part of know-your-client procedures
- preparing documents to be submitted to IRD, VAT department; preparing documents in relation to transactions including minutes and resolutions
- preparing and filing of statutory forms
- overseeing the effective management of a team
- driving a number of internal projects and keeping up to date of corporate developments;
- providing induction training to new team members
- reviewing the work that has bee prepared
- reviewing and improving internal procedures
- provide corporate training to the team
- assisting the Head of Corporate in preparing monthly statistics
- assisting Head of Corporate in implementing strategy and business development initiatives
- The chosen candidate must hold 3-4 years of experience in a corporate role
- Excellent command of English
- A proactive and hardworking individual
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own as well as be a team player
