We are an established recruitment firm with over 20 years of experience, currently looking to hire experienced recruiters to join an established team.
This role will be 360 and the suitable candidate will concentrate on recruiting into one of our busy desks, within Finance, Compliance or Technology. There is already an existing client portfolio, however business development will be needed to help grow the desk. The firm has implemented a new structure, which transitioned the recruitment style into 'quality-over-quantity approach'. On top of this, there is a very attractive commission structure in place, which will see you earning from all that you bill. There is a monthly and also an annual bonus scheme in place, meaning there is an excellent earning potential.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced agency recruiter, coming from a well-trained recruitment background. Ideally the experience would be within Finance, Compliance & Technology. Also, you will be able to evidence a successful billing and performance past, and be able to work autonomously, in a mature working environment.
