Description:
- Taking ownership of software platforms (mainly Navision) related to the Bank's core operations
- Keeping platforms up to date by testing and implementing the latest releases and patches delivered by third party suppliers throughout the year
- Ensuring smooth operations of platforms and monitoring for repeated issues, performing root cause analysis where necessary
- Prioritising and resolving day to day second line issues related to the platforms by using issue tracking tools
- Assisting in post-implementation continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance
- Collaborating with Business and Technology teams as well as external suppliers to provide system support, testing and documentation
- Previous experience in a software development role
- Experience with Navision
- Good knowledge of SQL technologies (Microsoft SQL)
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating system environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
