One of our established clients in the aeronautical sector are seeking to recruit a French speaking Talent Acquisition on full-time basis. The chosen candidate will will form part of a team and will report directly to the HR director.

Responsibilities: 
  • Set up the recruitment processes: define the timetables and selection criteria for the various recruitment stages, prepare recruitment questionnaires and tests for specific positions;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the position requirements and create job descriptions;
  • Choose job boards best suited to the positions and post job advertisements;
  • Source qualified candidates through social media platforms and professional networks;
  • Sorting of resumes;
  • Conduct initial telephone or video interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers;
  • Continuously improve the employer brand to attract candidates,
  • Create partnerships with schools;
  • Manage employee on boarding.
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or psychology;
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position; 
  • Good command of office automation tools (Pack Office);
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
  • Knowledge of Maltese employment regulation is considered an asset;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organization skills and thoroughness;
  • Taking initiative and autonomy;
