Description:
- Creating UI designs based on market research (both on the banking and wider market), best practices, customer analysis and insights
- Researching and incorporating modern UI practices to the design processes, create icons, components and visual assets
- Establishing and evolving unified UI framework and processes, ensuring the usage of industry-accepted best practices
- Supporting the organisation with regards to the balance between reactive planned work and proactive improvement work
- Creating, improving and using wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience in user-centered design
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or other visual design and UI Design tools
- Prior experience with Jira, Confluence and graphic design, as well as a basic understanding of HTML and javascript will be considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
