- Collaborating effectively with the architecture team and web designers during the creative process
- Reviewing code for QA purposes
- Helping set the direction for the company's technology practice together with the Technical Architect
- Responsible for various aspects of ongoing support and maintenance engagements
- Partnering with the Project Manager and other developers to successfully manage client relationships
- Delivering engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations
- Helping team members progress toward their professional development goals
- Ensuring that the company is proactive in its pursuit of new solutions and innovation within its Technology practices
- Degree in Software Development or equivalent
- Hardworking and able to consistently deliver technology projects on time and on budget with high quality results
