Our client is engaged in logistics, marine & engineering, technology, property and hospitality.


Based in Malta and reporting to the General Counsel, the Legal Counsel will work directly with various companies within our clients’ group of companies on:

  • Strategic agreements
  • Structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions,
  • Providing day-to-day counsel
  • Undertaking company secretarial duties, and handling disputes and inquiries.
  • The role’s responsibilities include coordinating with external regulators and advisors, such as auditors, lawyers and notaries.


Applicants must have the necessary experience and aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be a warranted lawyer, ideally with 3 years’ experience of legal practice in Malta, preferably with a leading law firm or a multinational company. The preferred candidate will demonstrate expertise in relevant filed of law such as corporate and commercial, employment, real estate and litigation.
