Chief Marketing Officer – Job no: 5413



The ideal candidate will have experience managing, optimizing, and expanding large scale UA campaigns for soft launch and global release of the title as well as being able to manage and maintain ongoing media campaigns. Have a data-driven mindset and a good understanding of the mobile user acquisition ecosystem, preferably in the video game space.

  • Work with the studio team and media agency to develop paid UA strategies
  • Track user acquisition campaigns across multiple ad networks
  • Optimise ongoing campaigns
  • Develop recommendations based on campaign results and present to stakeholders
  • Work with media agency to evaluate new ad networks for growth opportunities
  • Analyze and optimize UA campaigns based on ROAS / LTV
  • Analyse firebase attributions & statistics
  • Craft reports based on campaign results and present to stakeholders


  • 2-3 years minimum experience in User acquisition / mobile games marketing
  • Experience building and managing UA campaigns for mobile or PC products
  • Up to date with Facebook and Google ad platforms
  • Social media specialist with up-to-date outlook on current trends
  • Goals oriented and highly self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in marketing for mobile games – a must
