Introduction

Reporting to the Senior Wealth Products Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing, initiating, creating and overseeing a long-term marketing strategy as well as spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions.

Our client is an established financial organisation offering a selection of savings and investment schemes whilst also including wealth management.

Function

  • Developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies using SEO, PPC and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services
  • Identifying trends and insights and optimising spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages whilst optimising user experience across all digital channels (public website, secure website, mobile app)
  • Developing and editing engaging online content including articles, forums, videos, graphics and blogs
  • Utilising strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Increasing conversion ratio and optimising user funnels
  • Partnering with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
  • Managing all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel
  • Communicating with the senior management team about marketing goals and results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any other related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
