Introduction

The Head of Customer Demand shall also be responsible for identifying, selecting and working with marketing agencies to ensure execution of strategies on time and on budget as well as measuring that the desired outcome of each strategic move was achieved.

Our client has today positioned itself as a leading one-stop-shop supplier for various forms of storage and logistic related equipment. During these years the company has been entrusted with numerous major logistics projects and countless other minor installations; all of which were successfully handled and implemented by the company to the delight and expectations of its ever increasing list of satisfied clients.

Function

  • Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Customer Demand will be expected to conduct a market analysis to identify the target customer and develop customer personas for the B2B and B2C segments.
  • S/he would be expected to develop strategies in close liaison with the Chief Operating Officer to attract and retain customers in the longer term anticipating the needs of the target customer to achieve the desired business growth.
  • The appointed candidate shall also be responsible for identifying, selecting and working with marketing agencies to ensure execution of strategies on time and on budget as well as measuring that the desired outcome of each strategic move was achieved.

Requirements

  • The selected candidate will have a marketing management background of at least four years, ideally with a marketing qualification at MQF Level 6
  • Be strategic in identifying and suggesting bold and innovative concepts and ideas in line with the marketing strategy, company growth and customer experience vision. S/he will be familiar with analytical tools to help drive business decisions which are data driven and have a strong background in digital marketing.
  • The appointed candidate shall possess effective organizational skills, have a good command of English, be proactive and confident with a customer centric attitude.

Offer

A salary between 30K to 35K gross per year depending on experience and skillset is being offered to the right candidate.
