Introduction

The person shall be responsible for increasing sales by acquiring new clients and maintaining contact with already existing clients. He or she will also be responsible for implementing marketing strategy including promotion of the company both online and via traditional media.

Organization

Our client is an established company in the provision of quality translation services and other business language solutions

Function

  • Communicating with prospects and existing clients
  • Managing relationships with various clients and partners
  • Participating and representing the company in various trade shows and conferences
  • Conducting visiting presentations for key clients
  • Actively selling through client meetings, cold calling, own research and referral programs
  • Developing new business opportunities and negotiating mutually rewarding contracts
  • Active management of client expectations
  • Collaboration with the company’s Operations Department
  • Adding, maintaining and organizing all contacts in the company databases
  • Implementing the strategic digital marketing direction
  • Lead social media and digital campaigns
  • Use appropriate analytics tools to assess effectiveness of digital marketing strategy
  • Writing content for the website and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure regular postings to our social media profiles on all brands
  • Develop effective content for social media channels
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Outstanding presentation and phone skills
  • Ability to network successfully
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge or experience in digital marketing is considered an asset
  • Effective time management
