One of our established clients in the corporate service providers industry, is seeking to recruit a receptionist.
Duties include:
Greeting and providing assistance to clients;
Handling incoming calls in a professional manner and transferring; them to the appropriate personnel;
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks;
Handle all incoming mail and deliveries to the office.
Requirements:
An A level standard of education;
Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English;
Strong attention to detail;
Organized and has multitasking abilities
Proficient and independent user of MS Word and MS Excel.
While relevant work experience is considered a strong asset, it is not essential for the role as in-house training will be provided.
