Description:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and the Product Team, to translate concepts into tangible design solutions.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
- Leverage expertise in typography, color theory, and layout design to create engaging and impactful digital experiences.
- Be organised and ensure all design filings are consistently up to date while managing your time effectively.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality design assets within established deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of digital media projects.
- Document design decisions, guidelines, and assets for future reference and collaboration with other team members or external partners.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a similar position, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, presentation, web design, and other relevant projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field.
- Fluency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of web design principles, UX/UI concepts, and responsive design techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually stunning and functional digital experiences.
- Have an understanding of designing administrative back-office tools as well as customer-facing user experiences is a plus.
- Fluent in English, with great interpersonal and communication skills.
