to the Head of Finance and would be assisting in all book-keeping functions including bank reconciliations, posting of invoices and
maintaining all account for receivables/payables up to Trial balance.
Further responsibilities include:
- Preparing and processing payments in a timely manner;
- Sending out invoices to clients;
- Assisting in preparation of VAT returns;
- Liaising with Auditors, Tax and VAT Department and MBR
- Filing of documents.
- An Advanced Level in Accounting is required;
- Previous experience in an accounting role would be considered an asset;
- Knowledge of Sage would be considered an asset;
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
