Our client, an iGaming organization, is currently looking for an Acquisition Support Specialist to strengthen further the operations within the client's Malta office.

Description:
  • Manage affiliate software: maintain banners, pages, deals, templates, and reports
  • Oversee affiliate website: curate banners, publish content and ensure a seamless user experience
  • Coordinate technical integrations for timely completion
  • Provide technical assistance, tools, and reporting support to acquisition team
  • Troubleshoot and escalate team members' technical issues as needed
  • Facilitate setups and orientation for partner integration
  • Liaise with platform support teams to resolve issues and track ticket progress
  • Implement standardised processes for streamlined operations and collaboration
  • Manage new member onboarding: set up accounts and provide tool/system training.
Requirements:
  • 2 years experience in web application support and implementation
  • iGaming industry experience is considered an asset
  • Great communicator
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with software and technical systems
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Data analysis and identification of trends/patterns
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and transfer knowledge to others in formal and informal contexts
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Be proactive and motivate others when necessary
  • Fluent in English
  • Positive and enthusiastic ‘can do –attitude’
  • Able to work independently but also a team player.
