Duties include:
- Transfer Agency support duties for all the Sicavs and liaising with Administrators, Compliance Officers and investors
- Collecting Due Diligence documents from investors, fulfill subscription forms, solving issues with providers, contacting investors to address matters related to their files.
- Supporting Compliance/MLRO visits: Assisting and supporting the visits
- Opening and closing of bank account and broker accounts
- Supporting and carrying out Company Secretary Duties
- Carrying out Registered Office duties
- Other Back Office duties
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Bank, Fund Administrator or in a Funds’ Manager
- Candidate must be proactive with a great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
