Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, key stakeholders, and overseas suppliers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for business development activities.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Issue quotes, make necessary follow-ups and conclude sales negotiations with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Drive revenue growth and expand the organisation's customer base.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up to date with market trends and developments.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to management board.
- B2B and to acquire and maintain partnerships with major international distributors & retailers
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.
- Professional fluency (written and spoken) in Spanish and/or French will be considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proven track record of sales success and business development experience.
- Has a network in related industries (such as travel & leisure, hotels, resorts, duty-free stores, mobile & electronics, sports etc.).
- Experience in B2B is essential, with a preference in international distribution.
- Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills.
- Hands-on approach to work and good business acumen.
- Persuasive, versatile and willing to monitor economic fluctuations consistently.
- Meticulous in analysing data and producing reports.
