Our client is looking for a mature person with a strong accounting and/or corporate services background who will join their team.


Duties:

- Providing services to clients:  include all aspects of client accounting, assisting with tax, VAT, and compliance;
- Assisting with bank opening procedures in particular coordinating the collection of due diligence documentation and assisting with KYC exercises
- Assisting with company formation and administration both in Malta and also where necessary in other countries (mainly through our partners in those countries)
- Assisting with invoicing and drafting of fee estimates, quotes, proposals to potential and existing clients;

All training will be provided.

Skills:
- at least two years in accounting, preferably within an accounting firm;
- Ideally you would also have worked in a similar position for at least one year in Malta, working with Maltese accounting and corporate services.
