We are currently servicing a financial services firm authorised & licensed by the MFSA to provide trust administration services and other corporate related service offerings. 

The successful candidate will be working shoulder-to-shoulder with the firm Compliance Officer, and providing support to the MLRO to ensure the company operates in line with legislation and regulations. 

We are considering candidates with the following pre-requisites:

  • experience in compliance 
  • ideally holder of a relevant professional compliance qualification
  • experience in client risk assessments
  • knowledge of AML-ATF legislation and KYC procedures
  • flexible personality with an ability for clear communications with the management and other staff members
  • an ability to absorb and understand varied compliance matters
  • well-organised, with a peculiar attention to detail
  • proactive approach with problem-solving
  • robust IT skills with an ability to learn new systems quickly, and particularly versed in the use of MS Office products
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoke
