The key areas within this role will encompass the strategic planning and responsibilities for Office Operations, HR and Health & Safety.
The position also responds to other various administrative duties within the client's Operations environment to ensure that staff are able to carry out day-to-day activities efficiently and effectively to professional standards;
This role also includes:
- Management of the various owned and leased properties;
- Risk assessment tasks;
- Office equipment and maintenance;
- Review and tracking of stock records for office supplies;
- Technical documentation;
