Description:
- Assisting users with hardware and software issues
- Implementing, maintaining & managing desktop computers, laptops, printers and other hardware
- Manage and escalate user queries
- Installation and maintenance of servers
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- A multitasker and accustomed to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a good grasp of the English language. Communicating in Maltese would be an added bonus
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required
- A valid driving license and a clean police conduct
- Experience in setting up & maintenance of Microsoft 365 products
- Administrative knowledge & experience of Microsoft back-office products including (but not limited to) Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory,
Exchange Servers, understanding of Networking Directory Services, Microsoft ADS, LDAP, TCP/IP DHCP, DNS, WINS. - Knowledge on MAC OS would be an asset
- Hands on experience in desk side troubleshooting (PCs, Printers, Mobiles and Tablets), Cat5e/Cat6 cable termination & testing
- Application support experience of MS Office / MS Office 365, Sage, Corporate Anti-Virus, Remote Desktop Support, setup of VPNs, Corporate Backup Software
- Knowledge of Virtual environments (mainly Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of Mikrotiks and VoIP systems would be an asset
