The Key Account Manager will be broadly responsible for all aspects of the onboarding and maintenance of clients within the factoring business be it administrative, regulatory or technological . Chosen candidate will also be responsible for the ongoing relationship of existing clients whilst being at the forefront of day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.

  • The management of a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for all aspects of the client relationships.
  • Client and debtor maintenance, including preparation of documentation for amendments and funding parameters.
  • Assisting the Business development team in the new client take-on process and ensuring that appropriate credit risk assessments and onboarding requirements are dealt with accordingly.
  • Management of platform, banking facilities and other arrangements
  • Answer colleagues, customers and partners to questions regarding, invoicing, credit, ledgers for our customers.
  • Participate in or lead various types of change work and projects that aim to improve the customers' experience
  • 2-3 years of experience working in similar client and administrative position.
  • Hold a relevant degree level of qualification
  • Knowledge of Factoring would be considered an asset
  • Possess a High-Level work ethics, professional integrity and be able to keep track of different projects concurrently.
  • Ability to liaise with clients at all levels and maintain key customer relationships
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision with a good eye for detail and analytical skills, good in prioritizing, organizational and time management abilities in order to meet deadlines and able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
